సాయి ఐశ్వర్య కాలనీ లేఅవుట్ 1979 లోనే ఏర్పడినా 1998 నుండి ఇల్లు నిర్మిస్తున్నా, దాదాపు 1500 వందల ప్లాటు ఉన్న కాలనీలో ఎలాంటి దేవాలయం లేకపోవడంతో, కాలనీ వాసులందరూ చుట్టుపక్కల ఉన్న కాలనీలలోని దేవాలయాలకు వెళ్లి పూజలు చేసుకోవాల్సి వస్తుంది. ఈ విషయం గురించి చాలా కాలం కాలనీవాసులు యోచన చేసి 2021 నవంబర్లో సాయి ఐశ్వర్య కాలనీ రెసిడెంట్స్ వెల్ఫేర్ అసోసియేషన్ ఆధ్వర్యంలో జనరల్ బాడీ మీటింగ్ పెట్టి కాలనీలో గల రోడ్ నెంబర్ 16 మరియు 18లో ఉన్న ప్రజా ప్రయోజనాల కొరకు వదిలిన ఖాళీ స్థలంలో దేవాలయం నిర్మించాలని నిర్ణయించడం జరిగింది. ఆ విధంగా దేవాలయ నిర్మాణం కొరకు చెట్లు, ముల్ల పొదలు, పెద్ద పెద్ద బండరాళ్ళతో నిండి ఉన్న ఆ స్థలాన్ని JCB తో చదును చేస్తుండగా ఎంతో సుందరమైన శ్రీ అభయాంజనేయ స్వామి విగ్రహం బయల్పడింది. వెంటనే ఆ విగ్రహం అక్కడే ఉన్న పాల చెట్టు క్రిందనే ప్రతిష్టించి పూజలు చేయడం జరిగింది. స్వామికి నీడ కల్పించడం కొరకు కాలనీ వాసులు పూరీ పాక నిర్మించి నిత్య పూజలు చేస్తూ వచ్చారు. స్వామికి ఆలయం నిర్మించాలని నిర్ణయించి ఎంతో మంది స్వామీజీలను మరియు వేద పండితులని కలిసి మాట్లాడటం జరిగింది. అయితే ఎక్కడైతే ఆలయ నిర్మాణం చేయాలని అనుకున్నారో ఆ కొండకు వంకరాజు గుండు అనే పేరు చుట్టుపక్కల గ్రామాల్లో చెప్పుకుంటూ ఉంటారు. ఆ పేరు వచ్చిన కారణం తెలుసుకునే ప్రయత్నం చేయగా వంకరాజు అంటే వెంకటేశ్వర స్వామి అని, ఒకప్పుడు ఆ స్థలంలో వెంకటేశ్వర స్వామి విగ్రహాలు ఉండేవారన్నారు. ఆ స్థలాన్ని చూసిన చిన్న జీయరు స్వామి వారు కూడా అక్కడ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామి దేవాలయం నిర్మించాలని సూచించారు. అక్కడే దొరికిన ఆంజనేయ స్వామిని క్షేత్ర పాలకునిగా భావించి పక్కనే ఉన్న స్థలంలో శ్రీదేవి భూదేవి సమేత వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామి వారి దివ్యమైన దేవాలయం నిర్మించాలని కాలనీ వాసులు సంకల్పించారు. ఆ స్థలం ఉన్న కొండ పర్వతాపురం గ్రామపరిధిలోనిది కాబట్టి దేవాలయానికి పర్వతగిరి శ్రీ వేంకటేశ్వర స్వామి దేవాలయంగా నామకరణం చేయడం జరిగింది.

Though the Sai Aishwarya Colony Layout was formed in 1979 and the house has been under construction since 1998, since there is no temple in the colony with about 1500 hundred plots, all the residents of the colony have to go to the temples in the surrounding colonies and worship. The residents of the colony thought about this for a long time and in November 2021, a general body meeting was held under the auspices of the Sri Sai Aishwarya Colony Residents Welfare Association and it was decided to build a temple on the vacant land left for public purposes between Road No. 16 and 18 in the colony. In this way, the place full of trees, bushes and big boulders was paved with JCB for the construction of the temple and a very beautiful idol of Sri Abhayanjaneya Swami was revealed. The idol was then placed under a tree and worshipped. To provide shade to the Swami, the residents of the colony built the Puri Paka and performed daily pujas. Many Swamijis and Vedic scholars came together and decided to build a temple for Swami. However, the name of the hill where the temple is planned to be built is called Vankaraju Gundu in the surrounding villages. When we tried to find out the reason for the name, we came to know that Vankaraju means Lord Venkateswara and once there were idols of Lord Venkateswara in that place. Chinna Jeeyar Swami who saw the place also suggested that a temple of Lord Venkateswara be built there. The residents of the colony decided to build a divine temple of Sreedevi, Bhudevi sametha sree Venkateswara Swamy in the adjacent place, considering Abhayaanjaneya Swamy found there as the kshetrapaalaka.Small Temple was built for kshetrapaalaka and performing regular Pujas The temple was named Parvatagiri Sree Venkateswara Swamy Temple as the hillock on which the place is located is within the limits of Parvatapuram village.
